We take pride in our materials. We use quality brass, sterling silver and 14K gold fill. Brass and sterling silver will oxidize or tarnish over time. Many are fond of the antiqued look. If it happens unevenly or if that's just not your bag, read on.
Brass is especially susceptible to dampness but no matter how dry you keep it, it will still tarnish over time. Oils and sweat are major culprits. To clean flat surfaces buff the piece with a jewelry polishing cloth, like Goddard's or use fine steel wool available at any hardware store. A light buff will quickly restore the brightness.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your One Thirty Jewelry item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping. After 7 days of receipt we do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit are offered for items up to 14 days after purchase.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
1) Any item that was purchased more than 14 days ago
2) Any item that is not in its original condition
3) Sale items
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your jewelry does not fit properly, needs adjustment or breaks within the limits of normal wear/tear, we will fix the item free of charge. If your piece breaks for reasons other than normal wear/tear, we are happy to repair it for a small cost plus shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com.
If you wish to send us an item for return or repair you must have your original proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
